Front Street Brewery
Front Street Brewery is now a long-standing resident of our downtown; however, their growing business ran short on space recently. Construction is now complete on the expansion to the front of their restaurant, which has added seating for 22 more patrons. Owner and operator, Jennie Ash, was pleasantly surprised to find that the new view out the front window has created a great place to eagle-watch along the riverfront. |

Nan's Piano Bar at the Freight House
Entertainment includes dueling pianos monthly, and National touring live music Thursdays through Saturdays. Wednesdays and Sundays feature homegrown artists. Nan’s Piano Bar offers large windows offer an awe-inspiring view of the Davenport Sky Bridge, Mississippi River, and provide patrons a vantage point from which to take in summer events at LeClaire Park.

Blackhawk Hotel
The historic Blackhawk Hotel is in negotiations to be renovated. Progress on this multi-million dollar project will hopefully begin soon! We're thrilled to see such an important piece of Downtown Davenport's history working its way back to vitality.

The Capitol Theatre
Located at the corner of Ripley & 3rd Streets, this priceless Vaudeville-era theatre must be seen to be believed.
Although its incredible architecture is still intact, renovations are underway right now so that it can better support larger events and concerts. A new bar, improved bathrooms, and touching up some of the aging portions of the stage and building are in the works. |

Renovations on the main floor of the historic M.L. Parker Building at 2nd & Brady are in progress.
