As you know by now, RAGBRAI will be ending in downtown Davenport during Bix Weekend! This is a BIG deal, and we're thrilled to be hosting BOTH of Iowa's best and biggest events! Visit the Davenport RAGBRAI site for all kinds of handy information. Street Fest will double as the final party for RAGBRAI riders during Bix Weekend.

| Meet American Pickers Star, Frank Fritz |
 Frank Fritz, co-star of the wildly popular History Channel show, American Pickers, will be available during Street Fest for a meet and greet at 4 p.m. both Friday and Saturday in the Skybridge Courtyard next to the River Music Experience!
The Davenport native is coming home to meet with fans and enjoy Street Fest throughout the weekend. Check out the American Pickers booth while you're there, too! |

 Family Fun Area
The Family Fun Area is located in the grass in front of the Ground Transportation Center between Ripley and Harrison Streets on 2nd St.
Families can enjoy Make & Take Art Projects, interactives games, Zany Janie Ent., Car Simulator, Mobile Playground, Bounce Basketball, Baloon Art, Magicians, Face Painting, and more!

How & Where to Park Downtown
Plenty of parking is available in any downtown parking ramp for just $5! Don’t park miles away when you can park in the heart of downtown within a few feet of Street Fest. On-street parking is free throughout downtown; however, it fills up fast. See our handy guide below to make parking the day of the festival a snap!
How to Enter the Parking Ramps During Street Fest/Bix 7/RAGBRAI
Redstone Ramp – 2nd & River Drive
The Redstone Ramp is located at the corner of 2nd Street & River Drive immediately behind the River Music Experience. To reach the Redstone Ramp entrance, approach downtown from the east via River Drive and turn north up Main Street. The portion of the road needed to reach the entrance of the parking ramp will be open.
 Harrison St. Ramp – 202 Harrison Street
The Harrison Street Ramp is located at the corner of 2nd & Harrison Streets. To access the Harrison St. Ramp entrance, approach downtown via Harrison Street. A special lane will be available as you pass 3rd Street allowing you to reach the entrance of the ramp.
RiverCenter Ramp – 104 E. 2nd Street
 The RiverCenter Ramp will remain accessible throughout the entire weekend via its 2nd Street entrance that’s located near the corner of 2nd & Perry Streets. To reach the entrance of the RiverCenter Ramp, approach downtown via River Drive from the East and turn up Perry Street. Once at the 2nd and Perry Street intersection, the entrance to the ramp is immediately to your left at a diagonal.
The Loop
 So you want to go to Street Fest, but you’d rather not park in downtown Davenport at all? Not a problem! Loop buses will be running their normal Quad-City wide downtown routes for only $1 per ride between Bettendorf, Davenport, Rock Island, and Moline, too.
Fare is only 50¢ for seniors, disabled, and those on Medicare. $3 day passes also available; QC PassPORT accepted.

ENTRANCE NOTICE POLICY
DOWNTOWN STREET FESTIVAL 2011
“The Quad Cities Chamber Street Festival is presented by the Downtown Partnership, a division of Quad Cities Chamber. Downtown Partnership has obtained use of the festival area pursuant to a Special Event Permit issued by the City of Davenport. In the interest of maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all attendees, Downtown Partnership reserves the right to enforce the following rules during the festival:
- The hours of the 2011 Street Fest presented by Wells Fargo are as follows:
Friday, July 29, 2011 – 10 a.m. to 12 a.m.
Saturday, July 30, 2011 – 9 a.m. to 12 a.m.
- All vendors must hold a permit from Downtown Partnership and comply with the rules and policies in their vendor contracts.
- Purchasers of alcoholic beverages must be 21 years old under Iowa law. A valid I.D. is required. Wristbands will be only issued to those of legal age.
- Attendees shall not interfere with Street Fest vendors, disrupt Street Fest entertainment, or disturb the peaceable conduct of the Street Fest activities.
- Coolers, alcoholic beverages, and pets are prohibited from the festival.
- No roller-skates, rollerblades, bicycles, or skateboards can be used inside the festival area.
- All purses and bags will be subject to a thorough search at the discretion of the Davenport Police Department.
- Downtown Partnership reserves the right to exclude or remove anyone from Street Fest who does not comply with these rules.
