Parking
There will be no charge to park in the Harrison Street. ramp the entire weekend beginning at 5 p.m. on Friday.  Beginning at 5 p.m. on Friday, July 3, the Redstone and RiverCenter parking ramps will cost only $2 per car for the entire weekend.

The Redstone a parking ramp will be accessible via Main and Brady Streets in Davenport.  The RiverCenter ramp will be accessible via 2nd, Brady, and 3rd Streets.

Rock Island, Davenport, and community partners are working together on a RiverVision endorsed celebration of our country’s independence! Join us for a Large-Scale Fireworks display shot over the Mississippi River synchronized to patriotic music on Star 93.5 FM!

2009 RED, WHITE & BOOM
ENTRANCE NOTICE POLICY

Red, White & Boom is presented by the DavenportOne/Downtown Partnership. DavenportOne/Downtown Partnership has obtained use of the Red, White & Boom event area pursuant to a Special Event Permit issued by the City of Davenport. In the interest of maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all attendees, DavenportOne/Downtown Partnership reserves the right to enforce the following rules during the festival:

1. The hours of the 2009 Red, White & Boom are as follows:
Friday, July 3, 2009 – 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.

2. All vendors must hold a permit from DavenportOne and comply with the rules and policies in their vendor contracts.

3. Purchasers of alcoholic beverages must be 21 years old under Iowa law. A valid I.D. is required. Wristbands will be only issued to those of legal age.

4. Attendees shall not interfere with Red, White & Boom vendors, disrupt event entertainment, or disturb the peaceable conduct of the event activities.

5. Coolers, alcoholic beverages, and pets are prohibited from the festival.

6. No roller-skates, rollerblades, bicycles, or skateboards can be used inside the festival area.

7. All purses and bags will be subject to a thorough search at the discretion of the Davenport Police Department.

8. DavenportOne/Downtown Partnership reserves the right to exclude or remove anyone from Red, White & Boom who does not comply with these rules.
