Parking | Downtown Davenport
When are time limits enforced?
Enforcement begins at 7:00 a.m. and ends at 5 p.m. Monday – Friday. On-street parking is free and the 2 hour limit does not apply on Saturday and Sunday.
Can I keep moving my car throughout the day?
If you have been parked for 2 hours and choose to move to a new spot, you must park on a different block face to avoid receiving a ticket. If you plan on being here for more than 2 hours, we highly recommend using a parking ramp. Moving spaces within the same block will still subject your vehicle to being ticketed.
The parking ramps are still the best option if you plan on being downtown for a long period of time. They’re convenient, inexpensive, and easy to use. Parking in the ramp is only .75 cents per hour, and you never have to worry about moving your car or brushing off snow and ice. Monthly passes are also available for those who live or work downtown.
Redstone Parking Ramp – 101 Main St.
Harrison Parking Ramp – 202 Harrison St.
RiverCenter Parking Ramp – 102 E 2nd St. The RiverCenter Ramp is also accessible via 3rd Street across from Adler Theatre
I live downtown – can I get a deal?
Yes! The City offers special parking ramp monthly rates to those who live downtown. Call 563-326-7732 for details.
