Downtown Davenport Staff

The Downtown Davenport Partnership, a division of the Quad Cities Chamber of Commerce, is a non-profit organization focused on the strategic growth and beautification of historic downtown Davenport. As administrators of the Self Supporting Municipal Improvement District (SSMID), the Downtown Davenport Partnership provides leadership and advocacy for downtown economic development, strategic planning, cultural vitality, events, marketing, and clean-and-safe initiatives.

Kyle has lived and breathed downtown development for the past 18+ years. Nothing gets him more excited than talking about placemaking, downtown Davenport’s history, and all of the growth this neighborhood has experienced. He’s a proud St. Ambrose alum and the lone Illini fan of the DDP crew.

Alisha joined the Downtown Partnership in 2015 and serves as the utility player on the team. She has a passion for helping people and making connections. Summer is her favorite season downtown, she loves festivals, exploring the farmers market and happy hours on patios.

Tony is always busy getting work done out on the streets. He directs the operations crew and ensures downtown is a clean and welcoming environment. When it snows, he’s the first one out the door to work on removal along the curbline to ensure downtown remains accessible. Tony has the best can-do attitude and is always willing to lend a hand.

  • We ensure a positive and welcoming environment for everyone
  • We help beautify the environment by cleaning public spaces and maintaining plants and flower baskets
  • We assist with directions, maps, crossing the street, and provide recommendations
  • We will check in with businesses to ensure all is well and address any nuisance issues
