You don't need a car to enjoy downtown Davenport, it is a walkable city. However, there is easy access for taxis, buses and cars. There is free on-street parking for two hours in most locations and public parking lots are close by. You can get anywhere in the Quad Cities within 20 minutes!
All on-street parking spaces downtown are FREE for 2 hours and there are three parking ramps in Downtown Davenport to help you find a spot quickly!
The parking ramps are still the best option if you plan on being downtown for a long time. They’re convenient, inexpensive and easy to use. Parking in the ramp is only .75 cents per hour, and you never have to worry about moving your car or brushing off snow and ice. Monthly passes are also available for those who live or work downtown. You can also access the parking ramp system online.

RiverCenter Parking Ramp – 102 E 2nd St. The RiverCenter Ramp is also accessible via 3rd Street across from Adler Theatre.
In the unfortunate event that you receive a ticket, you can pay the fine via the City Online Parking Payment Center. Please refer any questions related to tickets to the City of Davenport Parking staff. The Downtown Davenport Partnership does not have authority regarding any element of parking enforcement downtown.
During a Snow Emergency downtown, it is FREE to park in any ramp downtown throughout the emergency. Please park in the ramps to ensure the City can clear the streets effectively; cars not removed from on-street parking during snow emergencies are subject to towing.
