Is this a physical gift card?
No. Downtown Davenport Dollars are digital. Cards can be delivered electronically or printed for hand delivery. Recipients can use Tap-to-Pay from a mobile wallet or present the card information at checkout.
Can I use the card more than once?
Yes. The card can be used across multiple purchases and participating businesses until the balance is depleted.
What if my purchase exceeds the available balance?
Ask the business to charge the Downtown Davenport Dollars card for its exact remaining balance first. Pay the rest with cash, credit or debit.
How do I check my balance?
Use the balance link provided with the digital card or visit the Yiftee balance page.
Does the card expire?
The card itself does not expire. However, a $3 monthly inactivity fee is deducted from the remaining balance after 12 consecutive months without card activity. We encourage recipients to explore downtown and use their cards promptly.
Are there fees when purchasing a card?
Any applicable purchase and digital-delivery fees will be displayed on the Yiftee checkout page before payment is completed.
Can I use it for an online order?
Online acceptance depends on the participating business’s payment system. Downtown Davenport Dollars cannot be used through third-party services such as DoorDash or Grubhub.
How do returns work?
Returns are subject to the individual business’s return policy. Approved refunds should be credited to the original Downtown Davenport Dollars card. Keep the original card information and receipt until the refund appears.
