The Central Office Building is a locally owned and operated. We are local downtowners trying our best to give you an ideal place to balance work, life and play. The Central Lofts are within steps of the front door there are restaurants, night life, music, coffee shops, The Figge Art Museum, and much much more!! In this secured building there is an elevator, big beautiful atrium and laundry facilities. The ground floor includes a bookstore, high end men's barbershop and a convenience store.
