T-Fiber Motor Row Victory Lane Performers & Stage Schedule

10am - Ronnie and the Redwoods

Ronnie and The Redwoods is a West Texas Americana/Rock band that has brought deep and emotional lyrics together with music rooted in the blues, folk, and country of the high plains. Honest and earthy, with influences from The White Stripes, Tyler Childers, John Prine, and the Red Dirt scene that surrounds them, they’ve formed their own interpretation of what happens when you combine Folk, Country, Rock'n'roll and Grunge.

11:30am - The Textures

Sure to make hips shake and heads move! The Textures are a six-piece band led by vocalist & front-woman Kelsey Kays. Featuring dual guitars, bass, synth, and drums, their sound is often described as soulful funk with a taste for jams.

The Textures emerged as one of the hottest original bands out of the Quad Cities’ IL/IA music scene after winning Battle of the Bands, Summer Camp: On the Road two years in a row. With three studio albums and more original music up their sleeve, The Textures are prepared to bring a unique and energizing experience wherever they perform.

1pm - Six Foot Blonde

Six Foot Blonde means what they say in every song and will dance with you to every word. Julia’s voice and lyrics resemble a modern pop artist, backdropped by indie-rock instrumentation uniquely their own. The pop band’s music has been described as lush and tight-knit in equal proportion, all while brimming with energy.  What began as a few one-off gigs in college quickly became a lifelong musical project, with the crew cutting their teeth at venues upwards of 70 times a year. With the release of their debut album, the band is at their most tight-knit, yet exploratory period yet.

2:45pm - The Silkies

Whether Geary, Merritt, Pruitt, Takahashi, and Rice are generating a raucous sound bed (à la early XTC, The Clash, or Talking Heads) or something just as rhythmic, the vocalists always have something to sink their teeth into. From kinetic songs like “Rat” to the nervy energy of “Digital Soo,” the band's debut album There You Have It. Lasting Peace. is so fiery, it could ignite on contact.
Currently, the quintet is winding their way through a series of dates across the United States connecting with audiences through their live wire stage show. Armed with an energized sound and core friendship as their bedrock, the band looks forward to creating and sharing music for years to come.
